Maid service:

• 2 complete sets (towel large, medium, small) for the apartments with 3 rooms
• 1 complete set for the apartments with 2 rooms.

On request of any other set of towels costs 10 Euro.

Bed sheets and towels: the towels are changed every 3 days if the booking is minimum 6 days. Complete cleaning is made every 7 days.

Deposit: On the arrival at the apartment (€ 100,00) items that will be returned on departure

Advance: 20% upon booking

Payment method: in cash

Restrictions:

• Keys delivery in the apartment;
• There are not limitstostay;
• Not accepted parties any kind of pets;
• Cleaning upon departure;
• Utilities always included.
