To travel in Romania no vaccination is required or recommended.Romania presents no hazard of infectious diseases, such as malaria or hepatitis, neither poisonous insects.There are many mosquitos during summer months especially in Delta Dunarii ,so for your comfort you shoud fit with products for mosquito pricks.The water from fauced is drinkable but if you have any doubts about this you can get bottled water.For the journey in Romania no ensurance is needed.Although if you want to overcast yourself , before you leave please contact ASL (in Italy – Local Management of Public Health) to receive a health certifficate.First-aid service is free,in case of foreign citizens medical visa and hospitalisation are not free.
Services for people with handicap: the access of people with handicap at touristic points in Romania increased in the last few years and remains a priority for local authorities.Anyway it is recommended to verify if all your objectives are in concordance with your needs.
Travelling with pets : travelling with your four legged friend is easy if you have the health certificate emmisived at least 6 months before journey.There are no speciffic standards for the animals you are going to travel with in public transportation.Big dogs must wear a muzzle.Hotels and restaurants have their own rules concerning animals , so please check up before you leave if you are allowed to get animals with you.
