Bucharest trasporto_pubblicohas a complex network of public transportation served by busses, trolleys, trams and underground (RATB), which cover the whole city and it`s nearby. Rush hours when public transportation is very crowded may vary in period between 6.00-8.30 and 15.00-18.00. Tickets can be bought directly from station or international agencies; bus tickets can be bought from cabins near almost all bus stations.

There are also Maxi-Taxi`s and expres busses with 8-10 seats, a faster alternative but more expensive. The price of a ticket is about € 0.30 (equivalent in lei) and can be bought from the driver. For more information concerning public transportation in Bucharest access the site: www.ratb.ro.

For travelling into the country we recommend you Intercity trains wich offer you more comfort even if they are more expensive than regular trains.
The North Railway is a crowded place and so take care at luggages and bags!

Trains arrive in stations everry 7 minutes and behave between 5.00 – 23.30. Surface transportation is organised as a radially network.Includes braces with the center of the city and other underground lines that connect several districts of Bucharest, theese behave in four independent areas.
