Climate
Although Bucharest lies in a temperate-continental climate area, the city is totally influenced by the contact place between continental masses of East, West and South.
Average annual temperature is 10-11 degree C. The average high temperature is 22,8 degrees C in July.The average low temperature was recorded in January.
Rain falls in average 117 days a year and average snowy days are 32 a year. The most rainy months are July and October and the most dry are February and November.
It`s worth visiting Bucharest all over the year but the season you must not fail is Autumn. The weather is fine. October is the month when it`s constantly raining and Winter is freakish: sometimes is very cold, sometimes is very sunny.
Vegetation
Bucharest is a city with many vegetation. Surrended by forests, every street is limited by trees this picture being amplified by the modern aspect of the town.There are many parks, one of them is dating since XIX century. Theese gardens are trully paradise and give you the peace and quiet you need after an eventfull day in town. It`s worth visitting Cismigiu Garden with it`s variety of plants and Herastrau park where you can row on the lake.
