RESERVATION:
After you chose the accomodation place in Bucharest, depending on your needs, please indicate precisely the number of days of your journey. If you wish to prolong the period of apartment`s reservation please adress to our head office, who is going to confirm depeding on the disponibility.
The reservation is settled by the following payment form:

1. PAYMENT: as an advance payment of € 50,00 from amount wich has to be paid through Paypal, postal services Postepay, bank transfer or money-order, the referral proof of payment efectuation and the copy of a valid id document. In case of absence, the advance won`t be returnable.

2. GUARANTEE: in your arrival day a tax of 50 € as storage will be payed and it will be returnable in the day of your departure. For every fault of structure and/or furniture , caution will be kept.
3. RESERVATION CONFIRM:
   Reservation confirm is conditioned by receiveng on fax or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it of the payment order and a copy of a valid id document.

ARRIVAL:
Depending on your requests, you will communicate us your approximate time of arrival. We offer transport service during 09:00, a.m. in Romania (08:00 a.m. in Italy) and 18:00 p.m. in Romania (17:00 p.m. in Italy), lat price of 20,00 euro for every race. Forth timetable scheduled, the price of transfer is 30.00 euro for every trip.If you come by car please call us with at least 1 hour earlier

DEPARTURE:
In your departure day, you must free the appartment until 13.00 p.m. If you wish to leave later, in speciffic situations you are allowed in accordance to cleaning and other arrivals.
Apartment`s key-card will be given to our personnel. In case you won`t give it back, a tax of 10 € will be held.

RECLAMATION:
Any reclamation will be communicated to our personnel which will supervene to resolve your problem.

DAMAGES:
Our client is resposable for causing damages;In case the value of the damage is unsufficient according to paid warranty, you will have to pay an additional tax.

BEHAVIOR:
In our apartments from Bucharest quiet must be kept up. Loud speaking, noise, high level volume of TV or radio, shoes which make noise (we reccomend using slippers) after 21.00 p.m. are forbidden, to avoid disturbing other people.
Also please keep in good conditions everything that is in the appartment to avoind breaking and producing damages.

LOGISTICS AND CONDITIONS

1. Transport services, at request, (20 € on every transportation, for every car in the scheduled timetable)
2. The posibillity to beneffit of every accesory and all the comfort apartments are gifted with.
3. Consumption of electrical energy , hot and cold water , gas and waste products.
4. The laundry from apartments: bed laundry, big and small towels, kitchen towels.
5. Translators at place
6. Cleanliness of apartments is included ad it is made once at every 2 days .General cleaning with laundry change it`s done once at every 6 days ( for the ones who wish everyday cleaning you will pay an extra tax of 10 € a day).
7. The possibility for renting the apartment for one day.
8. The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
